You may return unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original packaging.

Defective items

If your item arrives defective, contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement.

Call or WhatsApp us and we will arrange courier pickup. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection.
